Falsifying your age for the purpose of navigating and/or purchasing products from this website is strictly illegal and is punishable by law. Credit Card Validation
For the protection of card holders and our company, orders that appear fraudulent may be put on hold for manual review. If necessary, a Customer Service Representative will call you to verify the order. If we are unable to reach you at the provided phone number or email address within a reasonable period of time, the order will be cancelled.
Manual review may delay shipment and delivery of your order. We reserve the right to cancel any order before it is shipped.
Refusal or Limit of service

The parties agree that the Oregon courts located in Douglas county, Oregon, shall have exclusive jurisdiction over all controversies arising under this agreement and agree that venue is proper in those courts.
Eliquid Subscription Service
VapeJuc.com provides a subscription service for our specially formulated eliquids. The service is based on a monthly fee for a specific level and quantity of e-liquid that you the user subscribes to monthly. We will automatically charge your credit card and ship your selected ejuice to your active account, using the address information contained within your subscription. At any time prior to your next subscription bill, you may edit, change or cancel your Juc subscription. Upon cancelling or changing your subscription type, level, flavor or eliquid options, it will be reflected on your next monthly subscription date.
Coils and E-Liquid are non-refundable. If you do have an issue with coils or ejuice please feel free to contact us using the help/support section on your my account dashboard at vapejuc.com.
If mods are defective in the first 30 days after purchase then they are eligible for replacement or store credit, not return. Please follow mod replacement instructions as follows to initiate a replacement.
Mod replacement instructions:
If a mod is defective then it poses a risk of battery short while in the mail. For this reason if your device is used and/or defective we ask that you safely dispose of it after the replacement process is complete. Please do not mail back any defective devices.
Step one: Please make sure your device has a working coil securely installed in device. Also, make sure device is fully charged and has e-liquid to “fill” line in the tank of the device. If you are still having issues and this doesn’t fix your device please watch our troubleshooting video located at vapejuc.com. If none of these help please continue to step two.
Step two: Please use “contact us” page at vapejuc.com to alert staff that your mod is not working and that you have tried troubleshooting directions. Please include your name, date of purchase, phone number, and details about how your device is defective. Staff may ask for pictures of defective device and details on device usage.
Step three: Staff at Juc will handle your replacement on a case by case basis and further instruct you on replacement options from there.
**Please note: replacements are not guaranteed after 30 days or if device has water damage, fall damage, excessive wear, or is broken by user error. Please watch tutorials at Vapejuc.com to learn how to use device and recommended care before use. User error can include but is not limited to running other manufacturer’s e-juice or other liquid in device.
